While she proves her worth during pre-event planning, I'm most impressed with, and thankful for, her unique ability to manage the chaos of an event.
I see her as a symphony conductor during our events. She knows what needs to happen, when it should occur, and who should be involved. For me, the chaos of moving hundreds of people to the right place, getting facilitators in place, making sure hotel staff has rooms set, and ensuring AV knows their cues, can be dizzying. But with Sharon running the show, I can relax and know that all will happen as it's supposed to and that, if the unexpected happens, she will handle it calmly, quickly, and appropriately.
